Weather To Phone Extension

It seems that one of the first things people like to do with their new Trixbox is add some weather to a specific phone extension.

As I hunted around the internet for something like that, I was just flabbergasted at the ones out there - or they pulled information I didn't care about (which very well could be the case of mine for you) so I set about to create my own, and learn a bit about trixbox and a bit about linux at the same time.

What I came up with has been working for me for over a week now, so I figured that constituded enough to offer this out as a stable release.
